New Hire Onboarding Training.

What we build for onboarding

Give every new hire a walkthrough they can explore, lessons they'll actually remember, and someone to ask when they're stuck.

On any device, starting before day one.

The problem

Most organizations onboard in one of two ways, and neither works well.

Hand new people to an experienced colleague, and it's expensive: your best people lose days repeating the basics, and each hire learns whatever happened to come up. Hand them a slide deck, a PDF handbook and a recorded video, and it's cheap but forgettable: it tells people about the workplace without ever showing it to them.

So the real learning still happens on the job, by trial and error, one question at a time.

What we build

Lobby Storage Office Plant floor Workshop Control room
The walkthrough, before day one.
A 360° tour of the actual site instead of a floor plan in a PDF. People arrive already knowing where things are.

A structured program, not a stack of documents.
Short interactive lessons with quizzes, built around your actual process. Each person moves through the same sequence in the same order, whoever is running it.

The tools they'll use.
3D models and interactive demos of the equipment and systems they'll touch every day.

The questions that come in month three.
The same library they learned from stays available long after onboarding ends, so people look it up instead of asking someone.
LIVE EXPERT JOINED 02:47 Which valve closes first? Inlet valve first, then bleed the line. Gauge still reads 40. That's not in your material. Connecting a live expert… AI assistant Expert — on call
Always someone to ask.
An AI assistant trained on your own material answers questions mid-lesson and in the months after. For anything it can't answer, a live expert sees what they see and walks them through it.

How We Work

We build it.

We capture your sites, produce the program, and have it running in weeks. The walkthrough people take before their first day, the lessons and quizzes, the 3D models of the equipment they will actually use.

Then your team runs it.

Everything we build is yours to run on 360Works. Add a module, revise a procedure, onboard the next cohort, all without coming back to us.
